Questions

The small print, in plain English.

Do you lock clients into contracts?
No. Ads run month to month and you can stop with 30 days' notice. A 3 month term gets you 10% off, and a 6 month term gets you 20% off and no setup fee. Both are always optional.
What does the $500 setup fee cover?
Your account audit, campaign architecture, pixel and tracking configuration, and audience research. You pay it once, before work starts. It's waived on a 6 month term, and it still applies on a 3 month term.
Is my ad spend included in the price?
No. The monthly price is my management fee. Your ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta from your own card.
How fast can my ads go live?
Within 48 hours of sign-off. Landing pages take 5 to 7 business days and full websites take 10 to 14.
Do I keep ownership of my ad account?
Yes. Your ad account, Facebook page and Instagram stay yours. I only need advertiser access, and I remove it within 7 business days if we stop working together.
What does the weekly report look like?
Short and human, sent by email or message. What was spent, how many leads or sales you got, cost per result, return on ad spend, and what I'm changing next week.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your offer, pricing and website as much as the ads. What I do promise is that you'll see every number, and hear from me straight away if something isn't working.
What happens after the free audit?
You get the one page audit. If you want me to fix what it finds, I send a fixed price and a 90 day plan. If you don't, you keep the audit and owe nothing.
Can you rebuild my existing website?
Yes. Both builds can be a new build or a rebuild of your current page or site, and either way it's made to work with your Meta ads.
Can I get a website without the ads?
Yes. Landing pages and 5 to 8 page websites have their own published prices, so you can order one on its own.
